But they are really lazy to announce the feedback. Why this happens, when am trying to attend the 1st round of an interview the recruiter is very tensed and arrogant not at all giving respect to the candidate, I am in 1st round. She doesn`t understand what am speaking to her asking me to repeat again and again. If they have family issue or family tension ask them to sit on their home not to bring to office.
